Q.Am I bound by a arbitration clause in a pre-printed form?

A.In most states, YES although in some situations the law requires the arbitration clause to be separately initialed. In most states an arbitration clause does NOT have to be specifically negotiated; so long as the clause is part of a signed contract it will be binding. Most commonly, arbitration clauses are found in contracts entered into with your broker and health insurance company.
