Q.Must the Board prepare minutes for every board meeting?

A.Yes. The law requires the homeowners' association to prepare and maintain minutes of each board meeting, except executive sessions. The minutes must be prepared (at least in draft form) within 30 days of the meeting, and the homeowners association (HOA) must provide copies of the minutes to any homeowner upon request.
