Q.Will my named agent be responsible for my medical bills?

A.No. Living Wills and Powers of Attorney For Heath Care only deal with medical decision making. However, unless you have made other arrangements in a Will or Living Trust for the disposition of your body after death, your designated agent in a Living Will may be responsible for such costs (cremation and/or burial).
