A.The LLC members can typically be any person or entity. Unlike the S-Corporation which prohibits corporations and non-resident aliens from being a shareholder, the LLC permits foreigners, non resident aliens, corporations, trusts, other LLCs to be members. This makes the available pool of potential investors virtually limitless which is not the case with corporations.
