Q.Who manages the distribution of my assets from my Living Trust after my death?

A.Your named trustee (if someone other than you) or your named Successor Trustee will be imputed with the immediate legal authority to administer the assets of your revocable living trust. Your named Successor Trustee should be a highly trustworthy and competent relative, friend, or a professional fiduciary.

Your Successor Trustee should also be advised of the location of your Revocable Living Trust documents, as well as any other personal legal documents you might possess.
