A.A Will should be maintained in a safe place. Although a safe deposit box may sound ideal, it is often difficult to access by someone who does not have a key. Unless your named executor is your spouse and both of you have access to the box, a safe deposit box may be less than ideal. Consider placing your Will in a waterproof box in a home safe or locked file cabinet and leaving a copy with your attorney.
