Q.What happens if I do not prepare my Will properly?

A.It is extremely important that your Will be properly prepared. If your Will is not properly prepared, the Probate Court will deem it invalid. If that happens, it is as if you died without a Will. The Probate Court will order that your estate assets be distributed pursuant to your state's laws of Intestate succession.
