Q.Who should I choose as witnesses for my Will?

A.Witnesses should be people who have no interest in the Will – Will not receive an inheritance when you die. Their signatures merely acknowledge that they saw you sign the Will and they do not have to know what's in your Will. Any potential beneficiary or his or her spouse should not be a witness when signing your Will.
