Q.Who should know where I keep my Will?

A.There is no point preparing a Will if no one can find it. If your Will is kept in a safety deposit box at a bank, a note should be made indicating that the Will is stored there and the location of the key. It is also advisable to have copies made of your Will. One copy should be stored with your personal papers so it can be easily located. Another copy should be maintained by your attorney. You should also consider telling your Executor where you have stored your Will.
